Universal Insurance Programs is an Open Market available to licensed insurance agents and brokers. Unlike an insurance company, we do not require a minimum annual premium.
You can obtain a quote by sending in your submission. However, in order to bind business, we require the following:
An executed producer agreement
Proof of Agency E&O insurance
Agency’s State Insurance License
Individual Producer State Insurance License
Copy of W-9
Broker Questionnaire
